Fabiana, with almost three decades of experience, is a partner and coordinator of our Corporate, Contractual, and Compliance (LGPD) areas. She has extensive experience in M&A activities, Data Privacy policies, and Contracts, with a business focus on the domestic and international markets.

Education:
  • Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP)
  • Specialist in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP)
  • Post-graduation (LL.M) in Contracts from IINSPER
